About the Course
SAM Software provides either bespoke or formal SAM Service Management Training Courses. The Training can either be conducted on your premises or at our dedicated training centre. When attending our SAM Service Management training courses you will be provided with a training manual, buffet lunch and a completion certificate at the end of the course. All our courses are fully interactive and each course tutor is a fully qualified consultant.

SAM Service management part 2 is a one day course designed for the SAM Service Management Standard User; the course will enable you to understand how to use the system for your specific Job role.
Delegates are expected to have an understanding of their own job function within the company so that there role can be mirrored exactly within the system, delegates should also have a basic knowledge of working in a Microsoft Windows environment. Manuals that cover the day's topics will be provided to each delegate. Delegates are also encouraged to bring their own questions list for troubleshooting
