    Support when you need it

  • If the problem is not solvable over the phone, SAM Software Engineer will visit your site to ensure that the problem is resolved satisfactorily;

  • Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
  • You'll receive fast, automatic delivery of important new releases that provide enhancements and updates to your software, ensuring that you receive all the benefits and advantages of the most recent software release;
  • With Sage Cover and our support you can send technical questions and backup documentation to the Customer Support Centre by fax or e-mail, or access the Sage Helpdesk.
